The safety and reliability of fuzes is inseparable from the stress conditions in the environment in which they are located.Therefore,it is extremely important that projectile fuzes perform multi-parameter tests in multiple environments.However,there are various methods for processing the tested data.Among them,data fusion processing can take advantage of the complementary performance among multiple sensors to obtain more accurate and richer information than any single data source.In this paper,the measured axial acceleration and acceleration data converted from projectile bottom pressure are fused into new data by DS evidence theory,and then the fusion is realized by Kalman filter.Finally,the results of the fusion,the velocity calculated from the rotational speed information,and the velocity measured by the radar are compared to the muzzle velocity and the fusion results are verified.The fusion result is relatively good,which has certain reference significance for fuze design and fault analysis.The main research content of this article is as follows:(1)Based on the test characteristics and test environment characteristics of a high-speed rotating projectile fuze,a dynamic test theory is used as a guide to propose an overall test plan,and software and hardware are designed.(2)Pre-processing and simple analysis of the data obtained from the actual measurement of the shooting range prepares for subsequent fusion.(3)Choosing a suitable fusion model,using optimized and improved DS evidence theory,the data is weighted and then fused into a new data sequence.Then the Kalman filter is usedto achieve the final fusion processing,Comparing with the muzzle velocity calculated from the rotational speed of the coil and the initial velocity of the projectile measured by the radar,the feasibility of the fusion method is verified.
