By comparing with the conventional gear reducer, the pin-cycloid planetary reducer yields several advantages, such as high reduction ratio in compact space, greater load capacity, higher ratio of torque to weight, high efficiency and long life. They have been widely used in many industrial fields. At present, the research of this type reducer is focused on the rotational transmission error. This thesis mainly is to investigate the rotational transmission precision simulation of the pin-cycloid planetary reducer based on mass-spring equivalent model. It's extremely meaningful for improving the transmission precision and reducing manufacturing cost through implementing comparison of pre-distributed schemes before manufacturing. The main works are:On the basis of mass-spring equivalent model method, in comprehensive consideration of the effect of the factors (such as manufacturing errors, assembly errors, meshing stiffness of gears and bearings stiffness on rotating parts etc.) on transmission accuracy, the dynamical rotational transmission error model is established for analyzing the pin-cycloid planetary reducer, which consists of two cycloid gears, three cranks and a disc-shaped output shaft. Further more, the calculating methods for meshing stiffness of gears and bearings stiffness and solution for the model were discussed .The method of developing the transmission precision simulation system of the pin-cycloid planetary reducer by using the Object-Oriented's technology and the technology of mixed-language programming in VC++ and Fortran under the environment of Windows2000/XP is discussed.After analyzing the implement principle and characteristics of interface technology for VC++ and Fortran mixed-programming and the characteristics of the simulation system, the appropriate interface technology is selected.The design idea departed the front-end and background applied for database system is used to the simulation system development. The total design thought of the simulation system is presented.
