This paper describes the development and trend of the missile ejection mechanis m which the fighter plane equipped with at home and abroad, the structure design and parameter simulation about a sort of new-style missile ejection mechanism is discusse d in this paper.Firstly, A optimization program is developed by MATLAB in order to optimize the parallel linkage of this missile ejection mechanism aimed at getting optimal geometric dimensions and positional dimensions, the computational result is validated by using MATLAB and ADAMS. The kinematics and dynamics of this ejection mechanism is analyzed, integrated the research about cylinder, the mathematical model of this mechanism is built up. Secondly, technical parameters and cylinder force in working process are got by computational program developed with MATLAB. And then, the multi-body dynamics model of this ejection mechanism is built up in ADAMS/View, based on the dynamic simulation drove by cylinder force and controlled by script and sensors, a mass of data which are convenient for date processing can be got and separation scheme can be optimized.Finally, this paper provides a summary of the research work and makes some recommendations for the future research.The research in this paper provides some valuable conclusions and simulation approaches for the design and experiment of the new missile ejection mechanism, which can effectively reduce the manufacturing period and cost of the system.
