Based on the whole trajectory simulation research of a certain type of Ejection Seat and OccupantSystem, the man-seat system and the human-parachute system simulation plat-form is established,which is characterized by high reusability and transplantability. The simulation research work has apositive effect on understanding the work process and the performance of Ejection Se-at andOccupant System comprehensively.Firstly, the kinetic equations of the whole process of Ejection Seat and Occupant System are setup. The simulation model of the man-seat system and the man-parachute system is established basedon MATLAB/Simulink software. Secondly, the motion characteristics of the man-seat system inextraction phase and the effects of extraction phase on the man-seat system motion are investigated.Then, the motion characteristics of the man-parachute system and the effects of different initialconditions on man-parachute system motion are analyzed in the process of escape parachte. Lastly, inorder to enhance the man-machine interaction, the simulation platform working interface of thelander-parachute system is developed based on Matlab/GUI software, and it has been applied to thework process simulation of a Mars lander-parachute decelerator system. By simulation, the motioncharacteristics of lander-parachute system are obtained, which can be used to verify whether thedesign of disk-gap-band parachute system meet the working requirement. This work has somereference values for comprehensive knowing the working mechanism of Ejection Seat and OccupantSystem motion process and optimizing working procedures.
