Print Chroma Checks Spectrophotometer Research And Realization

The spectrophotometer is common colorimetry instrument used in printing at present. It offers important information during color reproduction. Most of spectrophotometers are portable and expensive imports for special use, but they can't be used in on-line detection. So, studying on-line detection spectrophotometer for domestic enterprises is important.Based on colorimetry and on-line detection method of home and abroad, the spectrophotometer as printing quality on-line detection instrument was studied and made based on development of domestic printing industry. The spectrophotometer can measure colorimetric values of printed matter and analyze spectrum of many LED light sources.The main work and conclusions are as follows:1.The spectrophotometer developments of home and abroad were studied. Each part was also analyzed and the whole structure of spectrophotometer meeting thesis demand was designed.2.According to geometrical and physical optics, the system was finished by using glare raster as light split element. The optical path of light ray was designed and computed. The optics parts were chosen and bought for the purpose of separating mixing light evenly3.The organ of equipment was finished. The spectrophotometer was processed by using LY12 alloy materials and debugged.4.The software and hardware of electronic system was designed. The light signal detection,calculating system and display controlling were also designed by using popular control chip AT89S52.The reflecting spectrum source of white and ink was tested. Signal of information collected was analyzed in detail combining with electric eye corresponding curve.
