Based on the design data of 600MW boiler in Wangqu power plant, analyzes the character of the spiral water wall tube, hydrodynamic stability and heat-transfer character; probe into the influence factor and the control feature of the center point temperature in supercritical boiler with the technique of MBEL, the control feature of the main steam and the reheat steam, the effect of the change of coal on the operating character of the boiler etc. are involved based on the calculate data and real data. The character of the startup system with a re-circuiting pump is studied as well. To apply the advanced one dimension fragment calculating model of the heat transfer in furnace, the distribution of heat transfer along the furnace are obtained. Discuss the effect of the change of coal quality and load on the distribution of temperature along the furnace and on the centre point temperature. As a reference, the research result can apply for the operation of 600MW supercritical boiler.
