The supercritical once-through boiler,which is the developmental trend of domestic large boilers, has advantages of high efficiency and strong load applicability.So it is very important to research on and master its dynamic characteristics.Themain and reheated steam temperature are both the most important controlled parameters during the operation in power plants.For once-through boiler,the main temperature is often regulated mainly by controlling the ratio of fuel to water and assisting in spraying water,and the reheated temperature is often regulated mainly by controlling gas dampers and assisting in spraying water at emergency.The technological process of a 600MW boiler made by Harbin Boiler Co.,Ltd.and the structure and working principle of the main and reheated steam temperature control systems are introduced in details.And this could be used for reference by similar control systems.
