The main parts and equipments characteristics of MT-CCHP are summarized and introduced. Thermodynamics analysis is done to MT-CCHP from aspects of temperature ratio, heat recover ratio, pressure ratio. Sensibility analysis is studied for primary enery saving ratio of MT-CCHP.Target function is set up considering equipments parameter of power, cooling and heating as constraints by using mathematic programming. Take a building as an example, study of configuration optimization and operational strategy is done for MT-CCHP with certain energy price and calculated loads of cooling, heating and power. The thermoeconomic method is utilized to analyze MT-CCHP. Combined economy and technology, the advice is put forward to make improvement and optimization to MT-CCHP. Finally, considereing economy, environment protection, energy saving and reliability as indexes, maths model is established to analyze and value MT-CCHP by using theory of grey relation and AHP. The optimal scheme is selected form several schemes of BCHP.
