With the emerging of energy crisis, improving the utilization efficiency of primary energy is a good way to solve the energy problem. As a typical demonstration of energy cascade utilization, promotion of CCHP(combined cooling, heating and power) system is of great signification for improving the level of energy use of the whole society, especially the building industry. But conventional CCHP system exists a problem that the thermoelectric ratio provided by system cannot match the value user needs very well, which may lead to waste of energy. In addition, the dehumidification capacity of current air conditioning system cannot match the indoor cooling and moisture load very well, which may cause reducing the comfort of people and increasing the energy consumption of air conditioning system. THIC(Tempertaure-humidity Independently Control)system can achieve precise control of indoor temperature and humidity through treat the indoor sensible heat load and latent heat load separately. But the system is complex and regeneration of desiccant device will cost too much energy.In this paper, the CCHP system and THIC system will be coupled. Coupled system can not only achieve their own purpose, but also peak CCHP system by dehumidification system and solution tank and utilize the waste heat provided by CCHP system to reduce the energy consumption of THIC system. The article also researches the operation strategy of CCHP system based on the economy, energy-conservation, environment and multi-objective evaluation criteria and simulates the performance of the system when its operation strategy is FTL(Following the Thermal Load) and FEL(Following the Electric Load) respectively. The results show that the coupled system is realistic. But these two strategies have advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, the operation strategy of the coupled system is optimized with whether the operation strategy is FTL or FEL as the variables and the best performance user needs as the goal function. After optimization, the coupled system can be further improved in all aspects of performance.The research on method, data and conclusion for analyzing and optimizing the operation strategy of the coupled system introduced in this paper can provide reference for the design and control of coupled system so that the efficiency of the system can be improved. At the same time, it can also provide reference for the design or management of CCHP system coupled with other energy system and development of a new generation of building energy supply and air conditioning systems.
