This paper includes main fruits:(1) It further investigates boiler equipment and system of large power station and separately summarizes the general model of exergy analysis for the boiler making pulverizing system and fizzwater-gas system of large power station.(2) According to the general model of exergy analysis, it makes the general exergy balance equation of pulverizing system and fizzwater- gas system. (3) It calculates the exergy loss distribution and the exergy analysis indication of evaporative heating surface tubes of one typical boiler and finds out the energy-saving. (4) Adopts the method of analyzing marginal cost, It establishes the general determining price mathematical model on the basis of the thermoeconomic for working fluid in system. (5) Applying the structural theory to optimize and diagnose with malfunction to boiler, and lists the common malfunction, reasons and dispelling methods of the Boiler Equipment and System.
