In this thesis main fruits includes: (1) educe matrix equation of exergy analysis for regenerative system of unit 5, Zhangjiakou Power Plant(ZPP), gived the new theory formula for regenerative system analysis. (2) educed mathematics model of exergy efficiency, exergy losses ratio, exergy loss coefficient etc. performance parameters of heaters for unit 5 of ZPP, and combining the general matrix equation of exergy losses distribution to give exergy losses distribution law of regenerative system. (3) according to the structural theory, established mathematics model of determined price for working fluid in regenerative system for unit 5 of ZPP, calculated thermo-economic costs for every working exergy fluid. (4) use the structural theory together to establish the mathematics model of diagnosing malfunctions parameters, and used it to diagnose malfunction of heaters, list the analysis of regenerative system and economic profits.
