In this thesis, the numerical simulation utilizing Fluent software is carried out on the slagging adhere to the different water wall zones under BMCR operating mode based on the structure parameters and operation parameters of the 328.5MW boiler in Dagang Power Plant of North China Grid Co. Ltd. The different gas temperature of furnace outlet is obtained from the simulation result. According to the thermodynamic calculation standard promulgated in 1973 and the outlet gas data, the difference of the right and left parameters of the separated platen and rear platen that can be monitored are calculated. The result shows that the slagging zones of left and right furnace lying soot blowers can be monitored easily according to the different temperature of the steam and the tube outside computed by the former step. Slagging monitoring on the front wall, the back wall and along the height can be some kind of difficult.
