Study On The Evaluation Method Of The Ecological Entironment Impact Of The Highway

With the rapid development of the highway in our country, the constructions of the highway have advanced the area economy progress and thrive along the highway line; however numerous oconstructions have also brought some bad impact, which has been presented in the many facets, such as landform, physiognomy, hydrology, soil, vegetation, biology and so on. The impact on the ecosystem largely exceeds the one of other construction items like factories. In order to make the highway develop in harmony with the entironment, this paper selects the evaluation method of the ecological entironment of the highway as our object for some primary study.Firstly according as the characteristics of highways in our country, the idea of"Ecological Entironment"is defined and the ecological domino offect is analysed in this paper to synthetically study the impact when the highway is designed, is constructed, is on use, and consequently the evaluation contents of the highway construction are choosed. Nextly some ecumenic means of the ecological evalulation method are introduced and then the general evaluation means are brought forward by confirming the impact degree and modulus of every ecological index to reflect the general impact on the ecological entironment by the highway. Nextly the theory on the evaluation method of the ecological entironment is described to se up the structure of the evaluation system,such as work process, technical target, survey, evaluation of actualities, forecast and so on. Many special evaluation studies are also introduced on the five facets of the propagation, soil, water, corrosion and vegetation. Finally given an example of the freeway from Beijing to Shijiazhuang, after plentifully meticulous investigation and sampling along the highway line we confirm its basically technical targets of the evaluation method and evaluate the actuality of the ecological entironment, then we design the survey schemes in detail.
