WLHP has special effects on the recovery of waste heat in buildings. It has a less power consumption and has vast application perspective. At the present, in order to make the WLHP work regularly, heating facilities should be set up in water source, such as electrical boiler, oil (gas) fired boiler and so on. But to use high level energy in this way is not reasonable, and mismatch the principle to use energy according to quality. Air Source - Water Source combined heat pump system, which use an air source heat pump to replace boiler is put forward, and researches on its performance were carried out.At the present, researchers are developing on subsidiary energy heat sources of WLHP, such as solar energy, water energy (surface water, well water, river water, seawater), soil energy and so on. But all these were restricted by season, climate, region, cost of operation and investment. Researches on Air Source - Water Source combined heat pump system are also limit on the feasibility of performances in northern areas. Because of these shortages, the programmed computation of R22 air and water is carried out in the paper, the researches on the capability of Air Source- Water Source combined heat pump system are carried out, mathematical models of four main components and pipeline in WLHP air-conditioner unit's heating and refrigeration condition are be established separately, which can describe the working positions and processes of components. Then forecast the capability and character parameters of this system were present based on by three equilibrium equations (quality equilibrium, energy equilibrium, pressure equilibrium) emulate models of R22 WLHP air-conditioner unit. Besides these, performance count and experiment researches on WLHP air-conditioner unit's heating condition are also present.
