After finished construction, we can not have a Perfect test about it. any one aspect of the issue in Construction will affect the whole quality of the project and progress, cause unnecessary losses.The main reason about questions of quality is that the pile project itself is a process which is involved more and higher technical requirements, needed to finish in a short time , and is an underground (or underwater) hidden works in one side , in another side , many construction units own uneffective quality management system. Thus the entire process of quality control and management is not enough. There are many quality problems in the pile hole's construction process.2000 version of the ISO 9001 standard as the core standards of the 2000 version of the ISO9000 standard ,there are many requirements of the quality management in it.The standard can be used to Confirme that organization can satisfy requirement of customer and the statutory , and is designed to ensure product quality and increase customer satisfaction. The principles and methods are applicable to all processes ,meantime are applicable to the costruction of pile pole and management too .The developing trend and the extant problems of caisson pile construction has been narrated in the paper, analysis the possibility of the 2000 version ISO9001 system appropriate to caisson pile construction, on this basis ,the complete process of caisson pile are divided into six steps, every process according to that whose characteristic and strategic point were analyzed by ISO9001 Sandard Teory, Associative with self practical experience, two aspects were narrated on the technology field and management field of the controlling and management of caisson pile construction. It indicated that ISO9001 Standard appropriate to processing controlling and managing of caisson pile construction, process method applies to the entire proceeding controlling construction can be very good taking precautions against the mass accident's happening, analyzing and summary the problem appeared in the process in time, thus can make the control level and organizing level getting better, can improve inside personnel quality of enterprise , strengthen performance of enterprises and marketplace competition, also, can make the caisson pile technology bringing bigger advantage into play, and making bigger contributions to the foundation project of our country.
