6σ management are the most popular advanced managements at present Huge benefits have been received in many world famous companies through adopting 6σ theories to improve their operations. Now, this method has also been received and popularized more and more in our country.Under this background, this article applies the principles, the methods and the tools of 6σ theories, combined with the production reality of Spey engine turbine to study how to improve and how to enhance the quality of production. The mainly studied contents are as follows:1. From the current situation analysis and the process recognition, the manufacture quality of Spey engine turbine in the entire production process has been analyzed entirely and systematically through the massive statistical data. Meanwhile, the invalid position in its production and the quality level before quality improving has been confirmed through FMEA law.2. The key factors in influencing the process ability have been revealed through many kinds of analysis tools of 6σ theory; the key factors of engine off has also been revealed through the analysis of the maintaining ability of key equipment of the turbine.3. Through the experimental design, the process ability and equipment maintainingquality have been improved; some corresponding improvement measures have been proposed; the manufacturing process and the management technology have been merged into an organic whole; the management level of manufacture quality has been improved through combining logistics and information which has been implemented.4. The manufacture process to control (MPC) was used to control the whole manufacture process of the turbine disk effectively and to establish fine product guarantee ability.The entire research process with extremely strong feasibility was carried out orderly according to the sequence of the definition, the survey, the analysis, the improvement and the control, which has highlighted the concept of take the data as the foundation, emphasizing the actual effect and improving unceasingly. And this possesses some reference value for other manufacturing industries to implement 60 management.
