With the fast development of modern electric power industry, high parameter and large capacity power units are becoming the mainstay of electric power industry.Enlarged capacity power units request strict quality of the water and steam , it has been paid more attention to the monitor of chemical instruments .As the important parameter of the water - steam quality ,identifying condenser leakage and positive ion exchanger running ,the exact and timely measurement of sodium concentration in water-steam samples can insure heating power system to run safely and efficiently has a great meaning.Thesis introduce the principle of the sodium ion analyzer in detail,analyze influence factor and eliminate method.It based on the technique of the new typical chemical flow system is developed ,it gets rid of working way of the traditional continuous flow and manual calibration , carrying out the working way of intermittent static measuring- type and automatic calibration.Thesis based on high speed,low power dissipation microcontroller C8051F020 in the design of hardware circuit , some special processes are also finished in the design of assistant circuits,which enhance the system performance.We apply the C51 advanced C language to program in the design of software ,which can make the codes have the characteristics of high readability,transplant and dependability .Sodium ion concentration of the water and steam taken form the plant was determined ,which proved the measurement precision and reliability by analyzing in theory and the experiment data .Successful development of this study has a great meaning in practice.
