Along with the swift development of national fitness movement and Beijing Olympic Games' successful application, the construction quantity of stadium building around China grows day by day. Faced with performance detecting and health maintenance of wood floor structure of stadium building, traditional destructive testing methods are unsuitable. Due to its high efficiency, non-destruction, saving material and decreasing cost, the non-destructive testing method of wood floor is now catching the attention of domestic and overseas researchers.First, the study presents the research advancement of prior non-destructive testing method of lignin material and damage detecting method of structure. Then, according to the flexibility matrix difference theory of structure, the study applies experiment means of pulse hammer excitation (transverse vibration method) and finite element simulation method in detecting and evaluating the damage of wood floor structure based on the non-destructive testing research of single wood floor. The study, for the first time, applies the flexibility matrix difference theory of structure in detecting the damage of wood floor structure. The conclusions of study show that the flexibility matrix difference theory can relatively precisely determine the location and degree of wood floor structure. Finally, aimed at the practical situation of non-destructive detecting of wood floor structure, the study proposes two efficient corresponding solutions of damage detecting of wood floor structure.
