China is now in the economic development period, each item in the infrastructure construction is developing quickly. The highway construction which is as a guarantee of the rapid economic development is no exception. According to the situation of our country, our country is vast in territory, the natural condition, economic development conditions in each area are not the same, so the development of highway construction in our country presents the state of imbalance, some western region compared to the developed area of our country’s transport development lags behind relatively. Highway network construction needs to design, construction, maintenance, inspection, management and many other aspects of common development. In a large number of highways have been built under the circumstances, the road detection in the future will become a hot research field, in many existing pavement detection methods, non-destructive test method has great advantages and is widely promoted in our country. As the name suggests, it can do the research without destroying the pavement structure according to the structure of the measurement of mechanical properties study of pavement materials. The domestic and foreign development in this field has lasted for decades. Dr. Liu put forward the improvement based on the nonlinear model of the existing pavement mechanics, and combine with the mechanical and physical reality of the original constitutive do reasonably simplified, By backcalculating this study shows that the model greatly reduces the amount of calculation and analysis time, improves efficiency, and errors of theory and practice is also in reasonable range.Although non-destructive testing technology in China has developed rapidly, however, because of the limitation of experimental condition and the accuracy of data collection, this research adopts the experimental data from the Long-Term Pavement Performance of the American Federal Highway Administration. First of all, we select the pavement deflection data which reflects the nonlinear constitutive of the materials of the pavement from the database, combined with the study of our own improvement of the finite element inverse programs we can calculate the mechanical properties of pavement materials. Secondly, on the basis of these mechanical properties we combine the stochastic finite element theory and the nonlinear mechanics model to calculate the road pavement of the mechanical property parameter under the theoretical condition. Finally we discuss the influence of material variability of linear and nonlinear analysis of structure calculation of the structure by using the positive and negative calculation.
