At present, energy saving is more concerned than before. In some engineering machinery, there is not match between load and power-source, so engine can't work in the high efficiency field, what makes power wasted. After using Constant-power Variable Displacement, the condition of energy waste has great improved. The traditional Constant-power Variable Displacement for Radial Piston Pump is double springs' mechanism. The power output of that can only achieve approximately constant-power.The task of research is developed a new type mechanical-hydraulic servo variable displacement mechanism for 63ml/r radial piston pump that can achieve complete constant-power control. The mechanism is designed by having combined the mechanism and the principle of hydraulic pressure feedback. It can control the shift of variable piston so that change pump's displacement, which realized complete constant-power control in radial piston pump.Based on the pump's fit dimension, the mechanism was designed, included the size of valve body and control valve body, the in-out fluid port and the oil canal. The design of feedback lever, servo-valve core, adjusting spring, variable piston and sensing piston was determined by the system's performance index. After analyzed the system, mathematical model had been established and transfer function was tumed out by deduction. Then Simulink tool of Matlab software was used to make dynamic simulation. The simulation circumstance was set by considered pump worked in badly condition. Later, the result of simulation shows that the dynamic characteristic of system is good. So the research has actual guiding significance in the product development of complete constant-power control of radial piston pump.
