In the hydraulic systems with high-power, system efficiency is a important parameter. The variable displacement pump is researched in order to heighten the systemic efficiency. In this paper, in order to save energy, the electro-hydraulic proportional load-sensibility control to the radial piston variable displacement pump belonging to JBP series is studied, which displacement is 63mL/min. The flow control valve with R3, which has been reconstructed, is perfectly integrated into the special integration block. The old special pressure control valve is substituted by the currency valve which is a mature product. The reliability of the system is heightened and the cost of the system is reduced. A kind of new load-sensitive valve is designed. All organ in the system is designed on structure, calculated on parameter and analyzed on capability. It makes the pump controlling system more compact, practical and artistic through adoption to integration structure. Then we set up the mathematical model of the system with the help of the power bond graph. The system is simulated with Matlab and Matlab/Simulink. It can be concluded that the system has excellent control performances and higher system efficiency from the results of the simulation, which is worth spreading out in the high-power hydraulic systems.
