This paper presents a new method to improve the conventional design technique for a scroll compressor was used to compress system. which combines dynamic simulation of compress system and thermo-economics analysispreservation of environment due to the disadvantageous factors such as high energy expenditure, great materials consumption, and so on, which restrict the development of compress system.Based on the method of thermodynamics of the compress system, according to existing documents in public ;lots of fire-new conclusions about simulation are included,which is prbe into the wroke mechanism of the hermetic scroll compressor,and abtained the simulation mathematic model of the components. Especially ,the heat exchanger between the scroll wrap and the flowing Freon is analyzed in detail, and educe out the theoretical formulas.Based on the coupling characteristics among the components and the component mathematical maodels,the simulation mathematical models of compress system are founded. Moreover, the algorithm of the simulation is analyzed,and the flow charts used forprogramming are drawn.The changing relations of state parameters among all the componentsare attained through the experiment research,the simulation mathematical models are modified to improve the computing accuray, which lays a sound foundation for the optimization of copress system.
