| Take the 300MW directly air-cooling units in Baotou heat and electric power plant of for example, the mathematic model was established on the basis of fully considering the characteristic of end system of directly air-cooling units, and research was done to the characteristic of the condenser pressure by programming. So do the characteristic of cold end system and the vapor pipeline on variable work condition. The characteristic curves of them were drawn out, too. Basing on what had been done, three optimization schemes of cold end system were come up with to reduce exhaust pressure, which were sweet-water system optimization scheme, condensation water system optimization and pumped vacuum system optimization scheme. Some cold end parameters were calculated and compared after the system optimization, and they were exhaust quantity, exhaust steam pressure, condenser depression, and oxygen content of condensate and intake pressure of pumped vacuum system. The result suggests the system optimizations are helpful for safe and economic operation of the unit. |
