| Some 200MW and 600MW direct air-cooling units were chosen as the example, the cold end system of direct air-cooling units were analyzed and discussed, and variable condition features of theirs were researched on, which included variable condition features on exhaust pressure,condenser pressure and pressure lose of exhaust manifold. Based on analyses on problems appeared on air-cooling units in operation, some optimization schemes, which corresponding to the researched two units, on cold end system were put forward. Which the schemes referred to were demineralized makeup water system, main condensate system and condensate system of steam turbine to feedwater pump. Moreover, by way of the theory of equivalent enthalpy, some cold end parameters were calculated and compared after optimization. At last, heat economy features of in-and-out dirt thermoresistance of air-cooling condenser heat sink pipe were calculated by programming. This has great reference value in design of exhaust pipe and economy operation of direct air-cooling units. |
