| Nowadays, the request to the quality and the security reliability of the energy and the electric power supply is more and more high. Because the big electrical network can not satisfy this request based on its flaws, the distributed generation increases day by day. The research on the distribution networks reconfiguration which includes distributed power source is very important .First, this paper analyzes the influence of the distributional electricity generation to the electrical power system. Then, this paper introduces the methods of the distribution networks reconfiguration and the valuation of these methods. A model for the distribution networks reconfiguration based on the distributed generation is proposed in this paper. The line loss is minimal in the objective function of this method, the restricted condition avoids lonely phenomenon. Finally, this paper calculates the distribution networks reconfiguration based on the distributed generation by modified genetic algorithm. A binary-encoding regulation based on ring circuit is proposed in expand genetic algorithm in this paper. The paper disscuses choice operation,crossover operation and mutation operation based on this regulation. The same measure is effective according to the calculative illustration of 16 node systems. |
