Study On Economic Evaluation Of Grid Programming Project

In electricity market, the economic evaluation of the Grid programming projects has become an important factor influencing investors, financing banks and government departments in making decision. On the base of the benefit effect brought by electricity transmission network programming projects, the paper proposes synthesized index in economy evaluation and applies Set Pair Analysis in the economic evaluation.Firstly, the paper proposes three economy evaluation indexes including power benefits, Grid benefits and consumer benefits; Then, the paper puts Set Pair Analysis into use and proposes a new evaluation approach named Set Pair Analysis Multiple Attribution; At last, the paper validates the proposed theory by a 5 bus system.
