The safety of Bridges is decided by structure, examining the bridge's deformation and structure damage timely in order to find insecure factors and evaluate them, take effectively decision-making in repair. Thus can save maintenance cost, avoid serious traffic accident bring by structure damage which can take economic losses and harmful Social influence to enterprise.The paper mainly study on the safety evaluation system of railway simple supported beam bridges. First, combine the reality need of railway simple supported beam bridges' evaluation, constitute index system of safety evaluation, and evaluate rules on the bases of railways safety evaluation. The evaluation method is apply analysis hierarchy processing and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation synthetically, evaluate each index one by one step, finally decide the railway simple supported beam bridges' safety grade. Second, apply the method to Su meng flyover in Anhui province huaibei city, according the evaluation results give the maintain countermeasure. Third, design and carry out the safety evaluation system of railway simple supported beam bridges, which is a software that can put in the examine information, evaluate safety grade of bridges, put out evaluation results and manage bridges' maintain. The application of the software lightens railway worker's task and improve the manage level of bridges.
