The Evaluation Index System And Comprehensive Evaluation Of Operation Safety In Urban Distribution Network

Technical requirements of distribution network is growing advanced and complex, the present security management methods cannot deal with new security issues, so how to identify new security management factors and propose effective management methods based on the actual situation will be the focus of this research. This paper also focus on considering new safety management factors based on traditional methods and using immediate security feedback for dynamic security management according to characteristics of distribution network operation.Firstly, based on the system theory, Accident causation theory and dynamic evaluation and quantification theory, this paper puts a comprehensive summary of the current situation and development trend of distribution network management security, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of existing security management; Secondly, combining traditional research model of electric security management, this research resorts the operation process of distribution network, which mainly focuses on the danger point in the production and operation process, the main factors that affect the security operation of distribution network, and defines the risk sources of security management processes; Thirdly, this paper establishes a security management evaluation system of distribution network, and select the suitable evaluation methods and models according to the actual situation to measure the security from a different dimension of operation, which is on the basis of the security production process and management system and is with the combination of the characteristics of the distribution network; Finally, this paper uses the actual data for test, to provide conclusions and suggestions for the security management of distribution network.This paper focuses on the operation process of distribution network, and uses system theory, risk theory and dynamic evaluation theory to sort and analyze the process, an index system and model of operational security management evaluation of distribution network is established to evaluate the operational security of the existing distribution network comprehensively, which achieve the objective and comprehensive evaluation.
