Automatic stepless speed changing clutch is an important part of the saddled motorcycle engine. So far national manufacturers chiefly adopt controlling measures concerning size and hoof quality development of the stepless speed changing clutch. There is no specific equipment for comprehensive dynamic measurement of the clutch performance in terms of its status, speed changing performance and transferring torque performance.The equipment used for checking stepless speed changing motorcycle engine clutch produced by Jinan Light Motocycle Main Plant is new in the country for their complex principle and high technological requirements. Imported checking equipment from Japan or Taiwan is expensive (about $100,000). Therefore, it is key to solving the product quality control to develop a comprehensive experiment for the purpose of effectively measuring the multiple parameters concerning motorcycle stepless speed changing clutch.This author participates in the development of the first national stepless speed changing motorcycle clutch testbed for Jinan Light Motorcycle Main Plant and take charge of the computer sampling controlling system design and realization.In this paper, the author summarized the development procedures of the comprehensive testbed for the saddled motorcycle stepless speed changing clutch. These procedures have integrated advanced speed adjustment technology, sensing technology and computer technology into the testing of the comprehensive performances of saddled motorcycle stepless speed changing clutch, so as to provide key equipment for the quality control and testing of a stepless speed changing clutch and necessary testing equipment for developing new products in the field.This paper deals in detail with the working principle, functions realized, framework, sampling circuit design, signal treatment, computer inferface circuit layout, sampling core software design, especially with difficult problems concerning the obtainment of anti-interference treatment of dwarf signal sampling and double route torque instrument phase difference signals.This paper also summarizes about the software designing of the testing system, disserting on its general structure, program flow of each functional module and partial original programs, and also on the major calculation, testing methods, procedures and data.
