Clutch is a part that directly contact with the engine of a motorcycle, it is a very important safety guarantee of the motorcycle's transmission system. So the quality of clutch will directly influence motorcycle's drive reliability. Therefore, accurate, quick, effective test the clutch working performance is very important.Our country's motorcycle industry has no specialized simulating equipments to testing the wet and friction clutch, and the existing actual tester also has some disadvantages.I have designed a 'mechanical simulating tester for the wet and friction clutch of the motorcycle' based on the national standard QC/T66-93, under a corporation commission. This tester can adapt the requirements of testing a wet and friction clutch of the motorcycle in the laboratory. The simulating tests in the laboratory can satisfy the demands of the tester for the wet and friction clutch from the motorcycle industry.I have already applied for a nation invention patent for my simulating tester, patent application number is 200610124880.9This thesis mainly carried on the following research works:Go deep into the structure and principle of the wet and friction clutch, carry on the theories analysis and study of it's working characteristic, then to make a small, intelligent, practicality simulating tester based on the mechanism, gas, electric and auto control structure design, which can do all the tests the national standard requests.The design of the 'mechanical imitating tester for wet and friction clutch of the motorcycle' is based on the tests that the national standard requests. Its results must be accuracy and credibility, its structure must meet the following needs: low invest, universal components, small volume, facility operate, etc......I have designed a clutch according to the principle of wet and friction clutch to reduce the tester's volume; Use 8051 as the Embedded Microcontroller Unit, write the programs with assemble language to faster the responding speed and reduce hardware expenses.Then the tester can completed all the tests based on the above measures.This finished mechanical simulating tester can provide abundant but detailed scientific data for the actual test of the wet and friction clutch; it can guide the motorcycle industry's actually manufacture and test, provide a teaching instrument for the university, graduate school, or the exhibition, and all its working results is a...
