| The steering system has experienced many types such as mechanical steering, hydraulic control steering and hydraulic power steering ,electric power steering.Electric power steering provides power directly by electric motor. The power is controlled by ECU . which has many advantages such as the adjusted power,the good road feels, the environmental protection, the low power conseumes and the convenience maintaining and so on. It has the advantage which the traditional hydraulic power steering is impossible ,and using the latest power steering technique and structure is the inevitable trend of automobile power changes the development.Because the analytical method of the traditional hydraulic power steering has not able to adapt to the electric power steering, so it is necessary to make a embedded research in system modal and software and hardware realization of the electric power steering system. The emphases of the former research either on development of system modal or on the realization of software and hardware, as a result, the idea of system modal can not be completely exhibited in the realization. This paper studies the electric power steering seriously from system modal to realization of software and hardware, inserts the idea of system modal into realization of software and hardware, makes a helpful attempt, and builds a frame work of the pivotal hardware.This paper discusses the work principium, configuration, characteristic, the research actuality of home and abroad and developmental current of the electric power steering system emulation test-bed, not only builds the electric power steering system modal with angle and power input but also computes them. Then, the paper designs the pivotal part of the electric power steering such as electromotor, torque transducer, speed transducer , clutch, reduction gears , entrails controller and provides foundation for the exploitation of system and choice of components, makes a elementary study of electric power steering control strategy and designs the table tester of the electric power steering system, provides a theory foundation for emulation study and capability test of the electric power steering system. |
