With the fast developing of information Technology,especially the popularization of Internet , the accelerating process of combination of 3C(including Computer , Communication and Consumption electronics),the Digital Times have become true. Embedded connected device is the one of the most popular product in Digital Times. To get a leading position in this field,different countries conduct a serious competition with each together. Embedded software is the kernel part of digital product. As the foundation and the leader of embedded software,Embedded Operation System plays a more and more important role in the developing process of this industry.At present, our country avionic electronics integration system comprehensively entered the technical application stage.From had the experimental aircraft-borne avionic electronics system using the initial period to the realization mature application airplane aircraft-borne integration avionic electronics system, the MIL-STD-1553B multi-channel data bus application has experienced from the standard agreement to the system structure, by the simple fixed time cycle the development phase which controlled to the advanced version static state main line.Its development power main source in aircraft-borne avionic electronics integration system complex unceasing enhancement.At present the domestic 1553B main line simulation system research quite is mature, already developed the use the 1553B main line simulator function to be complete, but mostly all was the single plane system, namely a simulator only will later be able to realize a simulation function in on electricity,either was realizes RT (Remote Terminal), either was realizes BC (Bus Controller) or MT (Bus Monitor), but could not simultaneously realize three.At present domestic has the multi-RT simulation function simulator quite to be few.The project, as an item of war industry coming from some scientific research department, select a appropriate Embedded Operating System that attemper and manage communication task of Spatial payload controller .The Embedded Operating System not only improve the real-time quality of system communication task, but also make system stabilization and credibility than before. The paper brings forward the design of the Spatial payload controller for reference to a lot of materials. First,choose high performance CPU of FM80386EX as the core of intellectual controllers which are fit for intellectual controllers and are applied widely in the world. then, through the research and analyse of 1553B bus, I finish the interface circuit of 1553B bus and system'communication task, and analyze the technic target of bus.Spatial payload work in condition bad space, and is undertaking the vital task, therefore, from the primary device choice to the hardware electric circuit design, constructs from the 1553B main line system to the RTOS application, the most important principle is guaranteed the system the stability and the reliability, this topic also is closely revolves this principle to carry on the implementation. The FM80386EX processor can the direct operation many data types, including the integer, binary code decimal digit (BCD) and reduces the BCD number, but has not provided to the floating point data type intrinsic support.If effective completes the complex value operation, and provides the intrinsic floating point data type the support, then needs to expand a 80387SX numericcoprocessor. First the concepts of RTOS are introduced,then through analysis of source codes ofμC/OS-II,the kernel is known well,and the research plan is given based on FM80386EX. At last, the communication task and others of Spatial payload controller were attemperred and managed by the real- time operate systemμC/OS-II.
