In recent years, as the highway asphalt pavement developing rapidly and at the same time the highway traffic volume rapidly increasing, the load weight increasing,,the super single tire application, and the widespread phenomenon of overloading, so,there is higher requirement for the durability of the asphalt pavement. The original design and construction technology can not meet with the current highway construction, and cause that some highway asphalt surface appeared early damage, such as loose, potholes and rutting. To ensure that the road has long working life, the asphalt mixture must have good durability. To resolve the practical problems of asphalt pavement, road workers have conducted a lot of research, made a lot of research results, and bring forward higher requirement on asphalt and asphalt mixture which is one of the effective method for solving the durability .Asphalt mixture durability has a lot of meanings, the more important is water stability, resistance to aging and fatigue resistance. Through laboratory research, we find that Yan Xin asphalt has strong anti-aging properties; and then we study on water stability, resistance to aging and dynamic modulus of seven different gradation of the asphalt mixture. Data showed dense skeleton structure of the asphalt mixture SAC1 has good durability, water stability, the modulus after aging and dynamic performance.The full text of chapters discussed is divided into five chapters:The first chapter of this article introduces the research background, contents and significance. In view of the expressway construction, Asphalt Pavement's initial destruction is more serious and the working life has dropped considerably, put forward the important of the durability of asphalt pavement and dynamic properties. This paper introduces the asphalt pavement durability and dynamic properties of the situation, including the water stability, the modulus after aging and dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture. Put forward the contents of this article and the index of the asphalt before and after aging, water stability Anti-aging properties and dynamic modulus of different gradation asphalt mixture.The second chapter discusses the specific research programs. Put forward that the asphalt and the gradation of asphalt mixture aggregate choice have great significance on improving asphalt mixture. We also put forward a specific testing program and introduce the testing program. First, to test on the performance index of the asphalt aging before and after, including penetration, softening point, ductility and viscosity. Second, to test on the performance of the asphalt mixture, including asphalt mixture water stability,the aging properties and dynamic performance.The third chapter describes the asphalt pavement performance laboratory research. The testing program that this paper adopted is based on conventional asphalt and asphalt mixture testing order, to contrast the aspect of the performance index of Yan Xin and the ordinary asphalt and asphalt.From the penetration index, Yan Xin Asphalt PI value is 0.0671, taking into account the high and low temperature of asphalt, it has great significance on raising the high and low temperature properties of asphalt mixture. Softening point and the softening point equivalent results show its high temperature properties. Ductility results meet with the criterion request .Put forward that using the aging index to explain the aging is more reasonable and aging index C is 0.026. Make out that the double-aging changes in the value are smaller, anti-aging properties is good. And put forward that to increase many temperature to evaluate the aging of the asphalt.Chapter IV presents the test on asphalt mixture pavement performance. Through asphalt mixture aggregate gradation choice, and test water stability,the aging properties and dynamic performance, SAC1 has good dynamic performance and durability and the conclusions are as follows :SMA, SAC3, SUP. SAC1 and SAC2 asphalt membrane thickness are in the range of 6μm~8μm, and have good durability.SAC1 has the strongest water stability. The largest increase of asphalt mixture stiffness modulus is SAC1. The rank of anti-aging properties which has the same fillings is: Suspended dense structure >general framework dense structure>closely skeleton dense structure.The dynamic modulus of closely skeleton dense structure SAC1 has the least sensitivity for temperature changes in three aggregate gradation;AC mine has more sensitivity for temperature changes the large than AC water; in seven asphalt mixture, dynamic modulus of SMA has the smallest sensitivity for changes in temperature.Chapter V is the conclusions and further study scenario, sums up the thesis completed process, also put forward the content and direction we would continue to study on.
