In mesoscopic level, concrete may be considered as a three-phase composite material, consisting of aggregates, cement matrix and interfacial transition zone (ITZ). The different mechanical performance of concrete appears due to the different mechanical performance of its three composite materials. There is certain blindness in previous research on material, and it needs amount of time and money to support and causes enormous waste. Nowadays, in the period of computer highly developing, complex numerical calculation is possible. In a word, studying the mechanical properties of concrete from mesoscopic perspective by using computer to find out the main factors is of important significance for the test. The self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete in this thesis is a new kind of material under study stage, and its particular material determines its difference form former concrete. This thesis does the relative research from the following aspects:Chapter one is devoted to a specific description of self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete and introduction of numerical analysis of concrete from meso-mechanics. Based on the previous research, the purpose of this study is proposed.Chapter two deduces specific formula of judging the oval not intersect by using plane analytic geometry knowledge. What's more, it compiles a two-dimensional aggregate randomly launching procedure with matlab software on the basis of former studies. And the inspection is passed. In chapter three, aggregate launching results obtained from chapter two gets access to the ANSYS finite element analysis software through simple method and the self supplied grid partition tool of ANSYS is adopted for free partition. By choosing right constitutive relation and mechanical parameters that is suitable for each material, this chapter uses plane2 plane unit to do finite element calculation for two-dimensional concrete. Through analyzing calculating results, it gets mechanics parameters of self-compacting light weight aggregate concrete, including stress-strain curves, compressive strength, elastic modulus and poisson's ratio. The fourth chapter draws the factors controlling mechanics properties of self-compacting light weight aggregate concrete by adjusting mechanical parameters of each materials on the basis of chapter three, aiming at a more accurate and effective guidance on experiment. The fifth chapter summaries the whole thesis and puts forward the problems that the author expect to solve.
