Meanwhile, the Chinese government is also fully aware that population aging has become one of the hard facts of contemporary society, more serious for a long time to comeo This article takes Xian for instance, aiming at particular geographical environment in northwestern part of our country and traditional culture and the current level of economic development to take up the study of the environment and facilities in Xian old age framework system. Exploring a method of designing environment and facilities in Xian old age framework system is necessary or required which is in conformity with old age's physical and psychological traits.
