Pile technique is adopted extensively to assure modern high buildings, bridge engineering, road engineering and soft soil foundation to bear big load. Attempting to replace steel pipe pile by long reinforced concrete pile is the aim, which the super large state-owned enterprise baosteel having been probing and running for many years. It also is the significant technology problem that the civil engineering field and the project field concerned.Tied with "the eleventh five years plan" baosteel construction. Based on the practical experience of baosteel first, second and third period steel pipe piles, steel pipe reinforced concrete piles and reinforced concrete pipe piles projects, the application experience of PHC piles which applied in one-steel blast furnace, stainless steel, baosteel high lines. Backed baosteel piles foundation project construction experience. In this paper, the experiment research of the PHC long pile axial bearing capacity in baosteel plants is studied, the research that PHC long pile is applied in various equipment foundations in baosteel plants is carried out.Through the research in the paper, we can ascertain that the PHC long pile takes the grit stratum as suitable stratum of holding weight in baosteel engineering. We grasp the influence that the intensity of pile and the soil bearing capacity exerts to long pile bearing capacity. And we can take stopping the hammer as the standard to control the infiltrated depth of long pile. A calculation theory model of surpassed pore water pressure accumulation and dissipation under the pile is set. New basis is provided for controlling the settlement of pile and optimizing the standard of stopping the hammer. The achievement of the paper provide a certain technology hold for the enterprise technique rules: deep foundation construction technique management rules of the tenth five baosteel project plans.
