Along with the growth of economy and the medical health enterprise in China, the HVAC of medical building is consummate gradually. The clean air-conditioning technology is more improved, the clean operation departments have begun to be built and put to use in hospital one after another. Because the energy consumption is very great in the clean air-conditioning system of the clean operation department, so it is focused on how to select the central chilling and heating source for many building owners and air-conditioning system designers reasonably. This paper pays our attention on studying the performance of air-source heat pump based on the exhaust air of the clean operation department, discussing the relevant factor in operation of winter and summer.Investigation analyses indicate that the air-conditioning system of the clean operation department looks like one-class system, air-source heat pump is selected to use as its central chilling and heating source in the Yellow River downstream area. After the exhaust air is breezed, its operating condition is to be improved in winter. The COP is raised in air-souse heat pump, the efficiency of the air-souse heat pump is analized, and the calculation of its heat recovery efficiency is derived. Accoring to the analisis, we can find it is not only obsorbing the sensible heat, but also obsorbing the talent heat of the exhaust air, compared its with those from other sensible heat exchange equipment. And it is not needed to add the fan and pump which consumed energy, the extra power is not to be used any more. The paper provides reference to which the clean air-conditioning system designs and operates in clean operation department of the hospital.
