The dissertation analyzed and menstruated the performance of several available industrial residue (such as coal gangue, cinder, blaster furnace slag slag,), tested the cement performance which comprised the industrial residue and the Qinling clinker, researched the optimum arrangement of several industrial residue dosage. We tried hard to produce excellent composite cement by incoparating more industrial residue.the economic benefit and social benefit were measured in the paper which generated by the project.Based on the performance analysis of the mechanical strength,setting time and the water consumption of standard consistency of the cement, it can be concluded that : the effect of the mixed materials with three kinds of admixtures in cement is better than the mixed materials with two kinds of admixtures, every mixed material can have the good performance in three kinds of admixtures, but the discrepancies between three kinds of admixtures and two kinds of admixtures is decreasing with the increasing total amount of the mixed material.It can be proved from the result of industrial test studies that : composite portland cement can be produced by mixing the Portland clinker( produced in the corporation),XiXiang gypsum,slag,coal gangue in proportion, the total amount of the admixture is about 35±2.0% in weight proportions of composite portland cement, meanwhile , the quality parameters and physical properties of the product of P.C32.5 not only can reach to the standard of requirement of GB12958-1999,but also even better than the national standard.Compared with the concrete prepared by the P.O, the concrete prepared by the P.C32.5 produced by the technology of two kinds of admixtures showed good properties in workability such as fluidity and slump, and there is little difference in strength, but it has a good performance in durability index of anti-permeability and shrinkage. The concrete cost was calculated if middle strength grade concretewas prepared by the P.O, 10 yuan were saved in 1 m3 concrete contrasting with that by P.O. The industrial residue were utilitied in manufacturing composite cement, result in less pollution caused by heap of industrial residue and less CO2 discharge caused by clinker produced process.
