Variable speed hydraulic coupling for power transport plant is used in the industrial processing control system widely. High power water pumps adopt variable speed hydraulic coupling to regulate water flow, That has obvious energy-conserving results in power plant.But in facts, the dynamic properties are quite complex by its characteristics , The uncertainty if the system parameter axrd the serious nonlinear and variety of regulation gain has been the technique matter that needs solving.According to its changing characteristic of gain, The paper set up the mathematical model of the hydraulic coupling.The paper makes example of steam dome bolier,set up model of water-supply flow control system of hydraulic coupling changing speed regulating.For system of YOTCS variable hydraulic coupling and 50CHTA/5 boil water pump,The dynamic equation and mathematics model are obtained,That offers theoretical foundation for systematic simulation. Boiler water control is processing control.In the light of the characteristics of long time delay and uncertainty parameter,the system is designed in digital PID control to simulate for the system.and analysis the outcome.
