This paper study transient wind-induced dynamic response's characteristic of cable and membrane structure in the influence of strong wind. From Davenport chart,I apply MAYLAB computer language to simulate strong pulsant wind load. Paper exemplifies the membrane structure of ShenZhen University palaestra stand top and explain transient dynamic response's characteristic of cable and membrane structure.Paper study how to control the stability of structure and adopt three resist-wind reinforce measures such as increasing the membrane elasticity module-amount,increasing original reinforce stress,add reinforce cable ect. I put forward that structure should been adopted correspond resistant wind reinforce defendable measure,and put up parallel analysis between original structure and advanced structure. This paper divide the whole vibration phase of cable and membrane into two phases such as short time strong-wind impulse phase and steady vibration phase.In short time paper conclude transient wind-induced dynamic response's characteristic of cable and membrane structure.This paper analyze the static stability of structure and analyze response chart density function.
