Pumping water project pumps the water from Baishi reservoir to Fuxin city, Pipeline via Beipiao City, Chaoyang City, Yi county of Jinzhou City, Fuxin county of Fuxin City, Qing He Men District and Xi He District. Pumping water project's amout of pumping water is 285,000 tons each day, amont of pumping water is 104,030,000 tons each year. During the first phases, project pumps 165,000 tons warter each day; and during the second phases, the project pumps 120,000 tons water every day.Thesis illuminates surveying engineering for the pumping water project, it illuminates the proposal design, method and result of enforcement and the assess and test of accuracy. Theough the analysis of this surveying engineering, we get a proposal and method for similar work.Through the analysis of surveying engineering's proposal, enforcement method and result, using science technique, we samples the reualt randomly, and analizes the assess result. The result has been used in basic designing and enforcement map designing in the pumping water project. Some work of water treatment plant and pipelines have began, both in design and in enforcement, practice proved that this surveying project's proposal design is reasonable, enforcement method and equipment is advanced, and result accuracy is high, which is satisfy the need of project, and it is valuable for similar job.
