Study on the construction and precision liability of geodetic control network for mobile mid-range and long-distance missile launching site supports the rapid construction of highly precise 3D geodetic control network with programming scheme and data processing model, and guarantees the mobile launching of mid and long distance weapons with highly precise geodetic security. The construction of mobile launching site control network is a systematic project emphasizing on strong academic, compressive and practical aspects. The present paper introduces the optimizing theory to the design of control network and conducts systematic study and practice of the construction and precision liability of geodetic control network for mobile mid-range and long-distance missile launching site. The contents and creativity of the study are as follows:1. To analyze the mobile mid-range and long-distance missile launching to the demand of the control network in the battle fields and also systematically study the tech-scheme which comprehensively utilizes the modern and classic geodetic survey technology to lay out the control network in the battle fields enabling at short time to set up the ground control network to be suited to the missiles launching site as well as to meet the requirement of the mobile missiles launching.2. To apply the optimization theory to the optimal design of position control network will get a excellent allocation regarding to the construction cost of the controlling network, precision and reliability, meanwhile, at the premise to meet the precision ,reduce the investment, raise up the working efficiency and cut down the construction period.3. To adopt the three-dimensional adjustment methods which the coordinate fixed at GPS point may carry out the data processor and precision appreciation on the control network in mobile battle field. Passing through the methods of iteration will enhance the precision of adjusted coordinate and check the equation factors on error and also precision of free calculation. Utilization of variance weight of Helmert can estimate the error of the observed value through simplified formula calculation after examination and at same time, offer the scientific evaluation reliable to the controlling network. All of these resolve problem of the date process during the combining work of normal geodetic surveying local region and special Geodetic Surveying.4. To set up regional perpendicular deviation and the high anomaly fitting computation model and refine the position gravity field.5. To bring up and apply the point-designation grid methods of GPS azimuth edge and GPS point to replace the astronomical traverse net has solved the tech-problems in which the traditional geodetic surveying technology could not be undertaken and measured ininvisibility area.
