The concrete face rock-fill dam because its economy, security and compatibility are strong and so on the merit, more and more powerful competitiveness are demonstrated in our country dam construction. It has obtained the widespread promotion and the development in domestic and foreign in recent years, it is gradually became the first choice dams in many projects.In our country, although the building of the dam technology for the rock-fill dam is introduced so late, but the beginning is high and the development are swift and violent At present, in the building of rock-fill dam technology aspect our country has advanced into the world advanced level ranks, and accumulated the rich experience of design, construction and monitor. Moreover, our country also obtained the rapid development in the rock-fill dam design theory and the computational method research, including two-dimensional, three-dimensional finite element on rock-fill dam and so many scientific research achievements; this has a positive promoter action on the further development of the rock-fill dam building technology. However, the rock-fill dam in our country has several dozens years development, but its complex analog computation method is still now puzzled in water conservancy and hydropower engineering field. A good computational procedure, not only can cause the computed result reasonably, accurate, moreover should have conveniently, general, is easy to operate, have the promoted value and so many merit, then can do well for engineering .However, this is one of exactly essential topics which at present needs further to study.This paper first develop the E-B model material with the Adina software's secondary development using the Adina friendly development platform, through the simulation triaxial test confirmation the reliability of the achievement,enables it to apply in the concrete rock-fill dam computation simulation; Using the element life and death, time function and time step achieved multi-stage loading to simulate the rock-fill dam's construction process by the level reclamation; Using the surface-surface contact unit to simulate the and cushion's contact; Using the spring unit to simulated the face slab peripheral fracture and vertical fracture's crack, settlement and shearing deformation. Finally, through the project calculated example to simulate the rock-fill dam in construction period and storage period's stress deformation. It has produced the computed result by the massive graphs, at the same time by confirms through the actual result textual research develops the achievement the reliability.
