Inertia technology is an high-tech of multi-disciple on which the aerospace, aviation, navigation and modern weapon system is based. The principle performance of INS lies in accuracy parameters such as the location, navigation, pose, velocity, and acceleration etc. These parameters can be tested and read out by different inertia navigation testing device(table).On the ground of the study of the automatic 2-axis table which specially serves for a certain new guided missile navigation in combination with other apparatus to identify and rectify the location values, the paper presents the design of the mechanical table for the system, and analyze its several key technologies.The general scheme of the bi-axis auto table of the comprehensive inertia identification system., the design of the mechanical table and the testing system, as well as the analyses of accuracy and reliability of the partial or whole system are introduced in the paper, which emphasis on the general design of the project, the mechanical design, the design and preciseness analysis of the multi-tooth table, and the analysis of the zero preciseness .Besides, the testing principle and method, preciseness analysis of the testing system, and the reliability are described briefly in the article.The project has reached the top level in automation and preciseness of its 2-axis inertia complex identification table at home, substituting for the 3-axis and composite inertia combination identification system. We take initiative in combining the electrical location and multi-tooth index location, with the two location system checking each other. The table is first adapted the integrative design to well analog the inertia complex, the electronic box and sampling board of the missile's location, the integration not only makes easy the puzzled weapon transportation but also guarantees the reliable data. In addition, close-looped design is originally employed in its axis system which ensures the rigidness of the mechanical table and results in the highest revolution preciseness of the engineering 2-axis revolving table.The design of some engagement mechanisms, driving mechanism, as well as the multi-tooth index table and its preciseness analysis is put forward comprehensively in the paper. More importantly, the unprecedented concept of the zero accuracy of the revolving table is brought forward in the report in combination with its deep exploration.
