Study And Application Of Wave Equation For Dynamic Testing Of Pile

With the implementation of dynamic testing of pile around the world, theory of stress wave has been applied in many fields in the quality detection of building foundation piles. In this paper, dynamics model of pile and soil system was established. The numerical solution of the wave equation was solved by the traveling wave theory. A computer program was written. Numerical computation models were established for low strain and high strain theory respectively. By matching computation:(1)The integrity of piles tested by low strain method was analyzed, and the rules of the transmit of stress wave in piles and resistance wave of soil around piles were studied. The contrast of measured curves of model piles and engineering piles and theoretical curves of numerical computation shows that theoretical curves are in good consistent with measured curves, and the defect position and type gained by numerations are approximately in accordance with the practical situation.(2)The bearing capacity of pile analyzed by high strain method was studied and the result of soil resistance distribution was gained. Analysis of the application of model was carried out by using two vending actual works. The results of numeration and the known matching results were compared which indicated that this paper acquired good accordance in signal matching, and the bearing capacity by matching is close to known results.The model and program were proved right through theory analysis and examples proving. The space mesh of velocity and displacement of pile partial and the transmit rules of stress wave in pile reflected the transmit process of wave in pile.
