| With the development of industry and the improvement of people's living standard, large quantities of construction and decoration materials of various quality levels rush into the market, and more and more office equipment and appliances furnish indoor environment. As a result, categories and amounts of indoor pollutant are increasing and indoor air quality is declining. Meanwhile, the time period during which people stay in indoor environment is becoming ever longer. the health and work efficiency of people are quite affected by the indoor air quality. At the same time, the questions about work efficiency,rest for illness and fee-for-service of society caused by indoor air quality indirectly are paid attention to widely. On the other hand, for improving the IAQ, the investment and fee for maintaining of building and air-conditioning may be increased, this will bring a new question for discussion to owners and personnel who take charge of maintaining projects.Because of the upwards causation, people have recognized the essentiality and imminence of solving the questions about IAQ. Nowadays, the questions about IAQ have been a hotspot for studying in the field of building environment.As a kind of major method evaluating air quality, subjective evaluation method investigates people's air sensation, symptom and degree of air quality's influences on people inside, the results of which can reflect people's authentic sensation authentically. However, besides air quality, still many other factors can show influences on people's sensation and reaction.Accordingly, through experiments this research investigates influences of indoor temperature, fresh air flow, sound environment, light environment and time period that people stay inside on subjective evaluation of air quality. This paper gives a deep analysis of working rules of the above factors on the following four air quality evaluating indexes: peculiar smell sensation, freshness sensation, dreariness sensation and acceptable degree.
