As a kind of transportation, the external load that the automobile bears is the dynamic load changing with time. Under this kind of load, fatigue destroy is a main invalid form. So studying the fatigue characteristic of the automobile component, grasping the method to test the fatigue characteristic of automobile component, is important for improving the design and the reliability of automobile. Facing the market of serious competition,Some automobile producer quicken up the period of testing and exploitation of the production, require lightweight and lower cost,it is important to make sure the distance of reliability driving. The MTS simulation testing system is simulated the movement of vertical direction of the vehicle in the R&C of FAW, but the whole vehicle and component is endured the multi-axle load, There is no means to define the equivalent coefficients of the time on road simulation system by comparative of the distance on the proving ground. Currently the general ways to define the equivalent coefficients have:1. Following the Weibull distribution to estimate the equivalent coefficients.2. Using the MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) to estimate the equivalent coefficients.3. Using linear accumulated fatigue damage rule to estimate the equivalent coefficients.Using the two front methods, it must has some quantitative testing and do some statistic for the true damage when driving .But using the third method, it can get estimate by...
