The badness of working conditions and the variety of working tasks are the difficulty problems for construction vehicle. To resolve the problem must shift the gear frequently, but in this way result the operator is in high labor intension and low working efficiency in which it is difficult to maintain high driving efficiency. So it is urgent to adopt automatic transmission technology to construction vehicle to adapt specific working environment and improve vehicle performance.This dissertation bases on the project (No.59705005) named"engineering vehicle electronic control for saving energy"supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China and Backbone Teacher Foundation of Ministry of Education, DOCTOR Foundation project (No. 20020183003): Study on Automatic Shift Technology with Four-parameter of Engineering Vehicle. This dissertation research on the saving-energy shift schedule with four-parameter of construction vehicle to resolve the problem of low efficiency in very high load. Basing on the research of three-parameter auto shift schedule, this paper added a new parameter—the pressure of the oil pump, researching on the effect of the pressure of the oil pump to the point of the auto shift schedule, and finish a new formulary about the pressure of the oil pump and the engine throttle opening radio, basing on the formulary make the strategy of auto shift schedule, and develops the electronic control unit(ECU)of automatic transmission based on the rule. Finally, a testing experiment on test-bench of transmission system is carried out to validate the availability of rule and test the integrated performance of automatic transmission control system. Each chapter of the dissertation is introduced in the following context.
