With the rapid development of modern society,the use of cars has become an indispensable means of transport in people's lives.In order to use more convenient,people are more and more high performance requirements of the car.Electronically controlled mechanical automatic transmission(AMT)provides an excellent automatic transmission performance.As the automatic mechanical transmission(AMT)is the core of the automatic transmission shift refers to a vehicle gear shift between two adjacent time as control parameter changes in the law,is the basic theory of automatic shift.The development of the shift law is closely related to the dynamic performance of the vehicle and the fuel economy performance.In this paper,according to the theoretical basis of the shift schedule of AMT,we develop the AMT shift schedule which can meet the requirements of the vehicle,the vehicle is suitable for the actual driving state,and is helpful to improve the performance of the vehicle.This paper first analyzed the characteristic of automobile engine,establishes the mathematical characteristics of engine numerical model based on the solving mathematical model of automobile engine running optimum power shift process;and through the research on fuel characteristics of the engine,found the car quality change have a negligible effect on the optimal economic shift therefore,the automobile quality change as parameter research,optimal fuel economy shift schedule established four dynamic parameters.Then the vehicle simulation model is built using Matlab/Simulink AMT auto shift law,based on the vehicle power shift schedule and simulation results verify the feasibility and validity of comparative analysis,model,simulation and analysis of reasonable superiority of four dynamic parameters optimal fuel economy shift schedule.Finally,according to the four parameter shift schedule design of variable structure fuzzy shift controller,the quality of the car will be divided into four stages,selection of different vehicles under the condition of shift schedule by the recognizer,in order to reduce the impact on the automotive quality change when the power and economy performance.Based on the simulation model of vehicle AMT with Matlab/Simulink,the simulation results show that the fuzzy controller with variable structure can optimize the power and economy of the vehicle.
