Airbag plays a huge protecting role in traffic accident and it develops towards the diversification, intellectuality direction。In the domain of airbag, technology criterion is trigger time rule。The trigger time rule is the airbag must entirely be deployed as soon as the driver arrives the biggest permission displacement。The biggest permission displacement of driver is the dispatch between original place before colliding and the place after the action of protecting device。The trigger time, when airbag is full of gas and the head of driver touch it, is called the ideal trigger time。If it is later, the head of driver can be injured by the airbag。In order to adapt to different compacting forms, avoid mistaken fire, we adopt the rule of"127mm-30ms"to confirm the trigger time of airbag。In the course of front compact, the idea trigger time is the driver head moves 127mm former 30ms。Its basis is that most car drivers and the plates are 305mm, the full airbag thickness is 178mm, the time is 30ms from lighting a fire to the time full of gas, in this way, the airbag is just totally launched when the driver moves 127mm。At present most of airbag trigger algorithm is just based on the compacting intensity, it is only the situation of considering car in the course of colliding, does not consider complicatedly the driver's situation, while we need to take car and people into account using"127mm—30ms"rule。The airbag triggers later or earlier if just considering the car compacting intensity, which can injure the driver, reduce the function of airbag and cause unnecessary injury of driver。This thesis is directed against uncertain question of driver's information in the course of airbag trigger, a predicted method of driver head during compacting is set up, which based on soft - sensing technique and ANN。Through this method we can improve the accuracy of triggering, reduce the injure of driver。...
